WELCOME
Mississippi Policy Forum is a non-partisan, non-profit {501(c) 3) organization committed to the enhancement of civic literacy in Mississippi and the civic engagement of Mississippians through research, education and discussion of public policy issues.
AGENDA
As a non-profit, non-partisan research and education institute, our agenda is to encourage in-depth analysis, research and discussion of current public policy issues. We seek to build an informed and engaged Mississippi electorate empowered by objective information, expert research, and interactive dialogue with leaders and other citizens.
MEANS
We offer a collaborative relationship with every Mississippian. We especially seek to engage public,private and homeschool middle and high school students in public policy discussions. We will provide, at no cost to student, teacher, or school system the full use of our research and educational materials as we conduct forums for the general public and/or students.
PUBLICATIONS
The findings from the Forum’s research activities, as compiled by the researchers and Forum staff, will be published in educational materials, newsletters, journals and online, for the use of participants in Forum educational projects, for other scholars and opinion leaders, and for the general public.
